Reader question: Using a next actions list to organize my life

Do you ever use a next actions list?

LM Says: Joe, good question and the answer is I use it everyday to organize my life!

That is basically how I plan my week and day. From my next action list I pick what I am going to work on this week. Then every morning I pick what I am going to work on today.

How I choose is depending on priority, obviously higher priority stuff I tackle on first. The priority of things is decided by various things including if the action is related to completing any of my goals, something urgent, something that I have put off for too long, etc.

I find that having a next action list really allows me to consolidate everything I have going on in my life in one place and in turn that allows me to get important things done.
