Next action list
by: Joe

Is your "next action list" and "master task list" one single list?

LM says: Yes it is. My next actions are part of my master task list. I just sub-divide my master task list into different categories depending on the context I want to divide all my tasks. For example one of the categories is projects, which are those things that are long term and require more than one action to complete. I also have a category for things to do this week and another for things to do today.

So they are all within my big master list but subdivided in a way that makes sense to me. That is a key aspect, it has to be a format that works for you.
