I'm interested to hear how you best utilize your time with your marketing and what avenues you use to find your properties to flip as far as marketing goes?
LM says: It all depends at what stage of the flipping cycle I am but when I am specifically looking for properties then 95% of my work time is spent looking for properties; on the net, talking to other investors, driving around target neighborhoods, talking to wholesalers, evaluating available properties to see if they fit my criteria, etc. There are numerous ways to find investment properties but it all depends on what you are looking for and what is your investment goal. |
