House #4: Home Flipping Pictures  

Without thumping my chest too much, House #4 is my best home flipping project to date in terms of how well everything went. Compared to House #2 this project went smoooooth.

For once, contractors showed up on time and did what they said they were going to do. Also, there was only one surprise, a busted water line, that we used as an opportunity to redo the master bath tub. And of course the most important of them all…we stayed on budget. Because of this we were able to afford hardwood floors instead of carpet in the main level.
