House #2: Flip The House Pictures

Our plan is to flip the house pictured here. These are the “before” images before the house flip got underway. Although as you can see there is already some demolition work in progress these images will leet you see the state that the house was in.

If you want to understand why we want to flip a house in this market you can read more here.

The boarded up garage was the first thing to go. Inside they had made two “rooms” out of the garage but as you can see it was poorly done.

The siding all around the house was shot. This is going to be our biggest expense.

A combination of having no gutters, ants and termites ate up all the lower siding in the back.

Back View

The entrance and living room. In the background is the garage which had been made into two rooms.

Kitchen with cabinets already removed.

Another kitchen view.

From the laundry looking into the garage. The wall at the end was the boarded up garage entrance.

All in all it’s going to be a fair amount of work to pull off this house flip before the end of 2009. I expect the work to take about 2-3 weeks but not sure how long is it going to take to get a buyer Smiley Faces.
